One of The Palace at Somerset Park’s larger clients required maximum seating capacity in their East Ballroom, but still required full audio visual support. Even though sight-lines to the stage were blocked due to columns, pillars, and other obstacles; the ability to temporarily ‘install’ displays is what it took to provide visual support throughout the entire space.
In preparing for the event it became obvious that the only space available for displays was ceiling mounted. Mounting hardware and wiring was permanently installed above the ceiling in the overflow area. Six 55″ displays were then suspended from the ceiling allowing IMAG, video clips, and digital presentations to be viewed from any location. In addition, AVA also provided all design, staging, lighting, video projection, technical, and audio support for the entire event.
